Each item is made to order, created specifically for you when you make a purchase. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, error, or policy violations are suspected.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Caution Mood reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system or other authorized payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and shipping times vary depending on the item and destination.
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or factors beyond our control.
Once tracking information is provided, Caution Mood is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Replacements
Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at cautionmood@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
We’ll review the issue promptly and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
