1. Order Processing
All Caution Mood products are made to order, which means your item is created just for you once your order is placed.
Processing time is typically 2–7 business days (depending on the product type and order volume). You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your item ships.
Please note that production times may be slightly longer during holidays or sales events — caffeine helps, but we’re still human. ☕
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the printing facility that fulfills your order.
Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–15 business days
These are average estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, don’t panic — carriers sometimes skip scans, but your package is likely still moving.
If it’s been over 10 business days since the last scan, reach out to us at cautionmood@gmail.com, and we’ll check it out.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, item type, and quantity ordered.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — because sarcasm isn’t the only free thing we give out.
5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order.
If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to the sender.
If that happens, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address and can reship it — reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, check with your neighbors or local post office — packages have a funny way of showing up after a little adventure.

7. International Orders
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
We don’t control these charges, but if you’re unsure what to expect, check with your local customs office before ordering.
