⚠️ Return & Refund Policy

At Caution Mood, every item is made to order, just for you. Because our products are printed and fulfilled through our production partners, all sales are final once placed unless there’s a problem with your order.
But don’t worry, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got your back.


🧾 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at cautionmood@gmail.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if the product is no longer available.


📦 Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

If you entered an incorrect address or your order couldn’t be delivered, it will be returned to the printing facility.
We’ll notify you once it’s received and can reship it to the correct address — reshipping fees apply.


💡 Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Since all products are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of color or design after receipt

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping info before placing your order.


⏱️ Processing Time for Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account.
